Inmarsat Price Increase - April 30th, 2012
Inmarsat have reviewed their pricing for IsatPhone Pro handheld services and IsatPhone Link, introducing the following changes for hardware and airtime in 2012. These changes do not include Fleet Phone at this time.
IsatPhone Pro Price Increase
From April 1st 2012, the price for the IsatPhone Pro Handheld will increase by around 20%. If you have any validity issues caused by this short notice increase we will work with you to try and minimize the impact.
IsatPhone Pro and IsatPhone Link Airtime Changes
From June 1st 2012, the following summary of airtime changes will apply.
The standard plan subscription will have an added 10 minute allowance and price will approximately triple compared to the current level. On-net pricing will reduce to mirror new pre-pay pricing.
The allowance plan subscription, which includes a 60 minute allowance, will increase by around 30% compared to the current level
The enhanced allowance plan will be removed from the portfolio
Pre-Pay call rates will increase by approximately 30% for calls to fixed and cellular. On-net call rates are reduced and the changes will result in one fixed rate for all.
Validity of all new pre-pay vouchers will reduce as listed below, the 10 unit voucher will be removed from the portfolio.

All existing unredeemed 2 year vouchers will become invalid from 1 January 2013.
Validity set on the balance when any new voucher is applied will be the longer of: validity of the new voucher or remaining validity of the current balance
