You can contact shaw to refresh your receiver remotely.  If that doesn't work there may be a hardware problem. Generally with Shaw if it is only some channels, the LNB is the most likely source of the problem.

All Shaw Direct receivers will work with either the 60E or 75E dish and lnb.  If you are upgrading to the new xKu LNB from the old 2 satellite LNB, you will need to contact Shaw Direct to update your account.
