For emergency services we always recommend the Iridium constalation. It is the most reliable, and has the most durable phones. They produce two models, the 9555, and the 9575.
Airtime comes in two forms. Postpaid, which works like a cell phone - you get a monthly usage bill and pay a subscription. Or prepaid, which is purchasing a set amount minutes valid for a certain amount of time. We offer an auto-recharge service for prepaid, meaning you can set up a billing account and we will take care of recharges on your behalf.
