Returns and Exchanges
At CanadaSatellite.ca, your satisfaction is always guaranteed. We know it's sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item. All merchandise purchased from CanadaSatellite.ca may be returned either to our store or by mail within 7 days of receiving it, unless otherwise noted below.
Once your order arrives, you have 7 days to confirm that it’s in 100% working condition. If the unit is defective, please contact customer support by clicking on the Submit a Claim link at the bottom of this page.
All returns / exchanges will be subject to a minimum of 20% restocking fee on unopened items and minimum 35% restocking fee for opened merchandise.
All RMAs are subject to a minimum $25 tech fee.
Please allow a minimum of 7-10 working days for processing your refund / exchange. At peak times, please allow up to 21 days. This includes in store and online purchases.
We will not offer returns or exchanges on
a) satellite dishes or
b) FTA receivers which have been programmed using 3rd party software,
c) any items without all original contents and packaging (all cds, cables, accessories).
d) prepaid satellite phone airtime
Satellite Dishes - Dishes purchased from us are brand new and insured for full value during shipping. We do not accept returns on dishes, however, we do guarantee all LNBs for one year.
