We recommend reserving your equipment as soon as you know your travel dates. Choose your start date at least 1-2 full business days prior to your departure excluding weekends and holidays to allow for any delivery delays. This will also allow us to 'overnight' a phone last minute if necessary (where available).

For your convenience, we offer prepaid Fedex Ground return waybills at time of rental ($24.95). Simply peel off the label, attach it to the same box the rental was delivered in, and schedule a Fedex Ground pick up or drop off at nearest depot. You can also return in person, or courier of your choice (except UPS) to 2121 39 Avenue NE, Calgary, AB, T2E 6R7.  Ensure the package can be tracked, request signature confirmation and adequately insure for loss / damage.
