i have two pvrs in my house a 9141 & a 9400. the 9141 is working properly but the 9400 is missing a bunch of channels on the guide. i have done a system reset to no avail & when I try to hold power button for reset the pvr never turns off. is the pvr shot
I would suggest calling bell directly to see if they can remotely refresh your receiver. Or try powering it off for 30 seconds, turning it back on, and running a check swtich.
